Urban Design
Our approach to urban design begins with an understanding of the site's existing architectural language, landscape, topography and the morphology of its open spaces. We use these qualities to establish the physical structure of the development. Public spaces, pedestrian movement and landscape form the framework within which buildings are organized, creating environments with a strong spatial identity that respond to both their setting and the needs of the people who use them.

Theme Park
In this theme park project, we sought to integrate architecture, landscaping, storytelling and rides to create engaging visitor experiences. Inspired by history and mythology, the project was developed with artistic input from some of Iran's leading artists, using iconic buildings, places and stories to create distinctive themed environments.
The design of each themed zone begins with historical and cultural research. Architecture and atmosphere are developed in collaboration with historians, artists, stage designers and other specialists, creating an authentic setting for the attractions and visitor activities.

Persian Gardens
A themed zone bringing together interpretations of some of Iran’s best-known historic buildings within a Persian garden setting.
The completed zone brings together architecture, landscape, attractions and supporting activities within a coherent environment. Rides, entertainment, retail and public spaces are carefully integrated to create a memorable visitor experience while reinforcing the identity of the theme.

Ancient Persia
Inspired by Persian history and mythology, combining architecture, landscape and attractions, including a dark ride based on the Shahnameh.
At the heart of the zone is a dark ride based on the epic stories of the Shahnameh. Architecture, landscape and complementary attractions create an immersive environment where visitors experience Persia's legendary heroes and myths in an engaging and entertaining way.
Aladdin
Colourful themed environment inspired by Aladdin and the Arabian Nights, centred on a dark ride bringing the story to life.
The zone is centred on a dark ride inspired by the adventures of Aladdin. Architecture, landscape and supporting attractions recreate the story's magical world, encouraging visitors to explore, discover and become part of the adventure.

Themed environment combining monumental architecture with attractions and a dark ride inspired by Egyptian history and mythology.

An indoor family entertainment centre organised around major rides, interactive games and family activities, linked to the outdoor theme park by a glazed transport system.
Tourism Developments
Our approach to tourism development begins with an understanding of the site's landscape, natural features and environmental constraints, together with existing communities and settlements and the needs of visitors. These considerations, alongside the financial viability of the project, help determine the location, scale and mix of activities and how they are connected, creating destinations that respond to the character of the place while remaining practical to develop and operate.
Torogh Park
Centred on a lake within an existing woodland, this 200-hectare tourism and leisure masterplan integrates offices, shopping, hotels and recreational facilities within the landscape.

Sare Baghoo
The site's hills and valleys shape this early-stage 229-hectare tourism masterplan, organising accommodation, leisure, cultural and commercial activities.
Chalidarre
Set within 172 hectares of hillside landscape around a lake, the tourism masterplan positions facilities to take advantage of views and the natural landform.
Haft Hose
Development across this 200-hectare site is directed to five landscape zones, preserving the most environmentally and historically sensitive areas.
Nohdarre
A steep valley is transformed into a pedestrian tourism destination, with the 320-hectare masterplan centred on a new lake and panoramic views of the city.
