Urban Design

Our approach to urban design begins with an understanding of the site's existing architectural language, landscape, topography and the morphology of its open spaces. We use these qualities to establish the physical structure of the development. Public spaces, pedestrian movement and landscape form the framework within which buildings are organized, creating environments with a strong spatial identity that respond to both their setting and the needs of the people who use them.

In this theme park project, we sought to integrate architecture, landscape and storytelling to create engaging visitor experiences. Inspired by history, mythology and cultural heritage, the project was developed with artistic input from some of Iran's leading artists, helping to create authentic themed environments and interpret Persian culture in a contemporary way.

Persian Gardens

The design of each themed zone begins with historical and cultural research. Architecture, landscape and atmosphere are developed in collaboration with historians, artists, stage designers and other specialists, creating an authentic environment within which the attractions and visitor experiences are later integrated.

The completed zone brings together architecture, landscape, attractions and supporting activities within a coherent environment. Rides, entertainment, retail and public spaces are carefully integrated to create a memorable visitor experience while reinforcing the identity of the theme.

Ancient Persia

Inspired by Persia's rich history and legendary figures, the zone combines architecture, landscape and attractions to present well-known historical and mythical stories in an engaging and entertaining way.

At the heart of the zone is a dark ride based on the epic stories of the Shahnameh. Architecture, landscape and complementary attractions create an immersive environment where visitors experience Persia's legendary heroes and myths in an engaging and entertaining way.

Aladdin

Drawing on one of the best-known stories from the Arabian Nights, the zone creates a colourful and imaginative environment where architecture, landscape and attractions bring the story to life

The zone is centred on a dark ride inspired by the adventures of Aladdin. Architecture, landscape and supporting attractions recreate the story's magical world, encouraging visitors to explore, discover and become part of the adventure.

Ancient Egypt

Inspired by one of the world's great civilisations, the zone combines monumental architecture with themed attractions based on Egyptian history and mythology.

At the heart of the zone is a dark ride inspired by one of Ancient Egypt's most celebrated stories. Monumental architecture and carefully crafted settings recreate the mystery and grandeur of Egyptian civilisation, drawing visitors into its legends and beliefs

Indoor hall

The indoor hall is organised around major rides, with interactive games and family activities located throughout the surrounding spaces. A glazed transport system carries visitors from the entrance to the outdoor theme park, providing a convenient alternative for those who wish to continue directly to the external attractions

Tourism Developments

Our approach to tourism developments begins with an understanding of the landscape, the character of the site and the needs of its visitors. We seek to create destinations where buildings, landscape and public spaces work together to provide rewarding visitor experiences while supporting long-term commercial viability.

Torogh Park

The 200-hectare masterplan is organised around a central lake that forms the focus of the development. Offices and shopping are concentrated along the waterfront, while hotels, leisure, cultural and recreational facilities are located throughout the park. Together, they create a diverse destination experienced as a sequence of interconnected places within a continuous landscape

Sare Baghoo

At an early stage of design, the 229-hectare master-plan responds to a landscape of repeating hills and valleys, using the natural landform to organize the development. Tourist accommodation, a technology village, food village, shopping, an indoor theme park and cultural facilities are integrated within the landscape. A central pedestrian route, complemented by a light electric passenger transport system, connects the various destinations and gives the development a clear and coherent structure.

Chalidarre

The 172-hectare masterplan is shaped by a hillside landscape overlooking the lake. Tourism, leisure and cultural facilities are carefully distributed across the site to take advantage of the views while preserving the natural landform. A central pedestrian route, supported by a light electric passenger transport system, connects the various destinations, allowing visitors to experience the landscape as an integral part of their journey through the development

Haft Hose

The 200-hectare masterplan divides the site into five distinct landscape zones, each responding to its natural and historical characteristics. Development is directed to the most suitable parts of the site, allowing the most environmentally and historically sensitive areas to remain largely untouched. Tourist accommodation is concentrated on the hillsides with the best views, while the ancient valley and its historic ponds, dating back thousands of years, are preserved with only a pedestrian route and limited landscape planting introduced.

Nohdarre

The 320-hectare masterplan transforms a steep valley into a tourism destination centred on a newly designed lake. Visitor access is entirely pedestrian, with a long stone staircase leading to the hilltop before continuing along the ridge or descending through the development, revealing panoramic views of the city. Commercial, cultural, tourism and hospitality facilities are carefully arranged around the lake or positioned to overlook it, making the waterfront the focal point of the development.
